House Checks

Keeping your home safe while you’re away on vacation can be a concern.

Setting your lights on timers and leaving a vehicle in the driveway can also be good ways to ward off burglars and other criminal activity. You can also make arrangements for your mail and newspapers. You may stop their delivery until you return by calling their customer service numbers.

The Lehman Township Police is excited to now be able to offer an even greater peace of mind while you are gone – we can check on your home while you’re away. You can sign up for this free service below. Please note, house checks must be set up in advance. To register, please fill out the form below. Printed forms can also be obtained and submitted at the Municipal Building during regular business hours.
